Did you see Joe Biden on MTP this Sunday? Tom Brokaw is doing an excellent job on that program, and he asks some seriously tough questions. Biden does a good job of answering bluntly and not coming across as deceptive, misleading, or mouth-piece-ish.
Our GOP Vice Presidential candidate slept in on Sunday, but did manage to paint a pretty picture of herself and what we can expect in the future by continuing to insist, despite obvious facts to the contrary, that she "opposed the bridge to nowhere."
It is unbelievable how entrenched Fanny and Freddie are within the global economy. The circle is complete! We have now, officially, picked up the tab on the 'irrational exuberance' of the housing markets in the past decade. And it's a good thing we did! Perhaps, hopefully, we can move forward (onward, and upward) into the future.
It sure is HOT, FLAT, and CROWDED in here these days, and Tom Friedman will TELL YOU ABOUT IT! On Fresh Air.... On MTP....Elsewhere!
