I voted in this Daily Kos poll, 'bout the auto bailout prospects.  I voted for the winner, which seems to be the most obvious choice. 

I also like the idea of the government and workers getting equity in the companies in exchange for the bailout.  

As painful as it is, we don't really have a choice but to provide this money right now.  2.9 million jobs are at stake, when one includes the structures that support the industry.
