Triumphant return!

Without internet for three + days there!  On the phone for 1hr 20 mins with tech trying to fix box, to NO avail, at which point he orders me a new box to arrive on Monday, only to now have perfect internet function inexplicably.  Methinks me not so sure (yet) about this Verizon service.  Overall though, they still get high grades, so far.

Hilariously, after the long phone call with no results the tech 9who was nice and to whom I was very nice to, said "Please tell your friends about us."  I will.
